About This Recipe

Paneer Masala is a comforting and flavourful Satvik dish made with soft paneer and a carefully balanced blend of natural spices. Annam Satvik Paneer Masala brings a rich, aromatic character to the dish while keeping the preparation simple and suitable for a Satvik kitchen.

Ingredients

• Paneer – 250 g
• Tomato – 2 medium, finely chopped
• Curd – 2 tbsp
• Ginger – 1 tsp, finely grated
• Annam Satvik Paneer Masala – 2 tsp
• Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
• Mild Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
• Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
• Dried Fenugreek Leaves – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Ghee or cooking oil – 1½ tbsp
• Fresh coriander – for garnish
• Water – as required

How to Prepare

1. Prepare the paneer
Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes. If using refrigerated paneer, soak it in warm water for 10 minutes and drain.

2. Prepare the base
Heat ghee or cooking oil in a pan. Add finely grated ginger and sauté gently until aromatic.

3. Add the tomatoes
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the mixture thickens.

4. Add the spices
Add turmeric powder, mild red chilli powder, cumin powder and Annam Satvik Paneer Masala. Mix well and cook for 1–2 minutes on low heat.

5. Add curd
Lower the heat and add the curd gradually while stirring continuously to keep the mixture smooth.

6. Add paneer
Add the paneer cubes and enough water to achieve your preferred gravy consistency. Cover and simmer gently for 5–7 minutes.

7. Finish and serve
Add dried fenugreek leaves and fresh coriander. Give it a gentle stir and serve hot with roti, naan, rice or your favourite Satvik accompaniment.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this Paneer Masala hot with roti, naan, paratha or steamed basmati rice. Garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy as a comforting Satvik meal.

🌿 Satvik Tip: For the best flavour, use fresh paneer and good-quality spices. Keep the heat gentle while adding curd to maintain a smooth and creamy texture.
